Rebates
Medicare rebates are available with a referral from a GP (Mental Health Care Plan), psychiatrist or paediatrician. Individuals are entitled to 10 Medicare rebated sessions per calendar year. A rebate of $141.85 applies for seeing a clinical psychologist. You will only require a mental health care plan if you plan on claiming a Medicare rebate. Please note that Medicare does not currently provide a rebate for cognitive or learning assessments, or for groups run over Telehealth.
I offer services to plan and self-managed NDIS participants. As per the NDIS fee schedule, NDIS participants will receive a rebate of $222.99.
Private health insurance benefits may apply depending on your level of cover. Please check with your insurer to determine your level of cover and rebate amount. I will provide the receipt of payment so that you can claim your rebate through your private health insurance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with short notice do not allow enough time for the appointment to be filled. A cancellation fee of the full fee will be charged for appointments that are cancelled, forgotten or rescheduled, less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. Medicare and private health insurance rebates do not apply for cancellation fees.
